ISEMOA scheme on accessible mobility is currently being tested
Category: TrafficThe ISEMOA project (co-funded within Steer under IEE) develops a quality management system aiming to support local and regional authorities to improve their work towards accessible mobility. Currently the prototype of the ISEMOA scheme is being implemented in 18 test site.
Trivector is, together with 19 partners from 14 European countries, involved in the ISEMOA project. As WP leaders, Trivector is responsible for the development of the prototype version of the ISEMOA QMS (quality management system), which is currently being tested and evaluated around Europe. After the implementation in our test-sites, the next step is to further improve the ISEMOA QMS. Training of ISEMOA auditors will be offered during autumn 2012. The trainings will be open for consultants, planners and practitioners who want to apply the ISEMOA QMS in municipalities/cities/regions in their country in order to improve the work with accessibility for all with sustainable transport modes.
