Our products and services

Effective communication is more that brochures, web pages and adequate telephone lists. Efficiency is created trough good relations – internally and externally. Then, spreading plain information is just not enough. You have to go one step further – you have to communicate and create a dialogue.

Our main focus is to show all levels of an organization the difference between to inform and to create a dialogue – and then follow up on these realizations. This is the foundation from where the organisational activities can progress.

Some organizations are in need of an extensive change in order to make the daily routines flow more smoothly, others may only need to participate in a two-day course in order to address the problem accurately. To fully cover the whole spectra we work with different tools and methods and at different levels.

We possess comprehensive knowledge and competence within the areas of target group analysis and message construction. Therefore we always start out with the necessary task of identifying and gathering information about the target group(s) at hand – in order to fully understand their traits and needs regarding information and communication.

Everyone does not need to know everything. And if a certain group needs to be addressed, then the information has to be appealing to that very group. Too general information is a waste of time and money.

With relevant background information about the target group at hand, it is much easier to decide the correct course of action regarding: choice of media, choice of core-messages and how those messages should be formulated in order to reach the desired target group.

We are usually engaged within the following areas:

  • communication evaluations, internal and external.
  • target group analysis based on qualitative and quantitative data.
  • media- and document analysis.
  • attitude surveys, reader surveys, user surveys etc.
  • in-depth studies regarding for instance transportation behaviours, leisure activities and other lifestyle issues.
  • research and development of organizational- and structural processes in order to create a more effective information structure.
