User-tests based on Scenarios
User-tests based on scenarios are used to get an understanding of how users search for information. We observe several different categories of users during information retrieval and afterwards, we supplement it with an interview.
Focus Groups
Focus groups are used to identify which problems, annoyances and navigation errors people experience on your website. Users often have many exciting development ideas.
Expert Evaluation
Our experts can comment on the contents, functions and/or structure of you website, and provide concrete suggestions for improvement.

Structure Analysis through Card Sorting
Users help to sort the contents of the site. The result is a logical structure, from the user's point of view.
Web Questionnaire
The web questionnaire gives you a broader view of a larger target group’s general comments on content and features of your web site. The survey provides a good starting point for usability testing, where you can immerse yourself in specific problems and identify areas that can be improved. A re-survey provides a simple answer to whether your improvements had the desired effect.
