Our way of working

Although no two projects we carry out are exactly alike, there are a number of principles we always adhere to:

Viewing problems as a whole

We regard any ongoing activity as representing a system of interrelated processes and resources. This is the only approach we consider adequate for avoiding pseudo-solutions to problems, such as luring oneself into thinking a problem has been solved when one has only succeeded in transferring it to some other area.

Avoiding popular terms that are devoid of meaning

We avoid many highly popular terms and phrases one often encounters in this area, terms we feel have become far too broad to say very much.

Passing on knowledge and experience to the customer

Rather than doing work for you, we work with you in finding solutions to problems. It is important that as a customer you become clearly involved in the problems to be dealt with, and understand thoroughly what is being done and why. It is not enough simply that answers to problems be found. As a customer, one should end up being able to find answers oneself.
