Course for process owners

This is a course providing those who manage process development – or are otherwise involved in it – the most recent information and knowledge avilable. Everything from concrete tools and methods to principles, conceptions and visions for the future are dealt with during an intensive two days.

Course on the identification and mapping of processes

Adequate maps of processes create an understanding and inspire one to be conscious of processes and to utilize and develop them. Poor maps are of little use and can create confusion. This course provides practical experience with specific tools and models used for identifying and mapping processes.

Course on process-based measurement systems

All the knowledge of and experience with specific tools needed to successfully develop and implement a system for measuring processes is provided here.
