Courses and training on process-based business development

Knowledge transfer is a large part of our work and a natural part of our way of working.

We now launch our new course range. Being inspired after a course is necessary, but not sufficient. You need to be able to apply the knowledge you have achieved, and gain results. Our ambition is that our courses give such skills that you can go back home and start working. Consequently, we have targeted our courses at action, based on common situations.

Examples of situations are that you are:

• beginning process mapping work
• starting a process development project, or
• developing process measurement.

Our courses then give you an inspiring and firm starting point for your work.

We give open courses as well as organization internally. The latter consist mostly of company adapted versions of our regular course range, but we also create new courses, sections of courses or an entire course series.
